Here's a brief overview of the voting process--we suggest you review it prior to voting!

1. View the entries in each category - Each category page (accessible by choosing the category from the "viewing" drop-down box on the main menu and clicking "Go!") displays clickable thumbnail images of each entry, each with a checkbox underneath. Click the thumbnail to see the larger image. If you wish to compare entries within a category, check the boxes underneath the entries you wish to compare and then click the "Compare" button. The page will refresh showing you the large images of the entries you have selected.

2. Store your vote(s) - Once you have decided on an entry to vote for, place a checkmark in the box underneath that entry (making sure all others are unchecked -- you may wish to use the "Clear All" button to clear any checkmarks), and then click the "Store my Vote" button. The page will reload and your vote will be stored in an encoded cookie on your computer. Do this for each category until you have made your choices in all the categories you wish to vote in (the three optional ones are not necessary unless you wish to vote in them).

3. Review your choices. Once you have made all of your choices, click the "Submit your votes" link on the main menu to go to the main voting form. This page will now display a summary of your votes for your review. If you have voted in all categories, you will be prompted for your email address and your Anime-Beta username at the bottom of the page. If you are sure about your votes, please enter your email address and Anime-Beta username and click the "Confirm & Submit Votes" button. The page will display a success message and send you a confirmation email, along with removing all vote-related cookies from your computer.

Once you submit the voting form, your votes will be cast and unchangeable. If you wish to double-check, you may use the "Clear all Cookies" link on the main menu to be sure all Beta Awards site cookies have been deleted.
