Here's a brief overview of the entry submission process--we suggest you review it prior to submitting your entries!

1. Prepare your entry images - You will want your images ready and handy when you go to complete the entry submission form. We suggest you name them something appropriate; however the filename is not important for this year's awards. You may upload a maximum of 8 total entries - 5 regular categories and 3 optional.

2. Click the "Submit your Entries" link - This will take you to the first page of the entry process. You will need to enter your Anime-Beta username (please be kind and omit all characters that are NOT letters or numbers (spaces included), or they will be removed for you). You will also need to choose the categories you wish to enter. There are 5 boxes to choose 5 regular categories, and 3 for the optional categories. Select these, and click the "Continue" button.

3. Confirm your choices. The next page will ask you to review and confirm the information you entered on the first page. Review everything (your username will now display with all non-alphanumeric characters and spaces removed--even if you entered them on the first page!). Once you are satisfied that everything is correct, click the "Confirm & Go to Upload" button.

4. Upload your images. The next page will show you the list of categories you have chosen along with links to upload your images. Click the first link and you will be taken to a page where you will upload your first file. Use the file upload box to select the correct image for this category, check the box if it is a pan cel, and then click the "Upload File" button. Your file will be uploaded and you will be returned to the previous page, except that you should now see a thumbnail of the file you just uploaded in place of the link. There is also a link to remove the file if you uploaded the wrong one accidentally. Continue doing the same for each category until you have uploaded all your images, and then click the "Finish" button.

5. Finalize your submissions. You will next be asked for your email address (this is for confirmation and contact purposes only!). If you fail to provide a correct email address, you may not recieve important communication regarding your entries, so please double check the address you enter. Click the "Finalize Submissions" button and you're done!
